What are the cost implications?

In the final analysis, the bank that grants the loan pays our fee, either directly or indirectly. We have entered into agreements with all major banks but not all of them are prepared to pay an origination fee to us. Some prefer to offer you a lower interest rate instead and expect you to pay us. However, the fee becomes part of the total cost of setting up or purchasing the business and can be included in the loan amount.
