Why loan originators?

Loan origination is not a new concept. Home loan originators and originators of other asset-based finance have been around for years. They have created a viable niche in a market where previously the banks were in total control. Over the past seven years, loan originators have managed to capture over 70% of the R728 billion mortgage lending industry. During the past year alone, intermediaries have generated loans to the value of R180 billion and commission payments of about R3 billion.

We are well aware that raising business finance is a little more complex than asset-based financing but believe that the underlying principles remain the same. We have the necessary expertise on tap and are determined to pioneer the concept in the franchise sector.
