How does it work?
We follow a carefully mapped out process
to manage the complexities of raising business finance.
- We have created a web-based system that enables
us to present a professionally prepared loan application
to several banks simultaneously. We then invite
them to compete for your business.
- We have entered into service level agreements
with the major banks. The banks know that they compete
for our clients’ loan business. They have
undertaken to fast track applications presented
by us and notify us of their decision within 10
working days.
- We have entered into cooperation agreements with
a growing number of franchisors who rely on Franchise
Finance to facilitate the granting of loans to their
franchisees. We have prepared comprehensive portfolios
of information on these franchisors and make them
available to participating banks in advance. This
means that when the banks receive a loan application,
they have the information they need about the franchisor
and the brand already on file.
- We have allocated a loan originator to each brand;
this individual has an in-depth understanding of
the business sector’s specific funding needs
and optimises the entire process from application
to the granting of the loan.
- To ensure a smooth passage of loan applications
through the evaluation and approval process, Franchise
Finance:
- Assist you with the preparation of the loan
application and the business plan. In doing that,
we follow a systematic process, using forms and
templates our franchisor clients and the banks have
approved.
- Submit the loan proposal simultaneously to
all participating banks and track processing in
real time.
- Analyse the loan proposals we receive from
the banks and advise you on their relative merits.
- Let you decide which bank you want to deal
with.
- Introduce you to a relationship manager at
the bank of your choice and monitor progress until
the process is finalised.
